The following experts are part of the 2ARC team:
Jos de Waal CISA (managing partner)
Jos de Waal joined 2ARC early 2013. He studied Business Economics at the Erasmus University Rotterdam where he also followed the IT auditor program.
Jos has more than 10 years experience in SAP security.
He was involved in many projects at international companies as well as smaller Dutch companies.
These projects have a wide range of topics, e.g. GRC and IDM projects, authorization (role) architecture implementations, role redesign, authorisation and other audits.
More technical IT topics always have Jos’ special interest.
Marcel Huijskens (partner)
Marcel Huijskens, ex CSI-peer like Klaas Piet and Jos, joined 2ARC as a partner in 2021. He (co-)manages 2ARC business in Europe and Singapore.
With his background in public financial auditing, Marcel has specialized in IT auditing and GRC consultancy of SAP systems since the early 1990s.
He co-founded CSI Software and CSI Consulting, both leading companies in the field of SAP authorizations and segregation of duties. The merger of the CSI consulting firm into Integrc led to Marcel leading Integrc in Singapore in 2012, which now operates independently as XS Control Asia. In 2016, XS Control Asia entered into a strategic partnership with 2ARC and MARC GRC Solutions.
Jay Chandra (principal consultant & director MARC Solutions)
The driving force behind MARC, SAP security software, is Jay Chandra.
After a career at one of the big4 accounting firms, he joined CSI, location Singapore. From there he worked for 4 years in the Netherlands.
Today he is working all over the world on specific SAP security problems.
Gert-Jan Radstaake Msc. (consultant)
Gert Jan Radstaake has been working as a consultant at 2ARC for some time. He studied Information Management at Tilburg University and graduated on the topic Data Warehouses. He is specialized in the field of Business Intelligence and Information Analysis.
Gert-Jan has also a lot of experience in the field of development and management of websites from his other position: besides his work at 2ARC he is the owner of GJ-R web development; specialist in the field of open source websites and web shops.
Ewoud Modderman (senior IT auditor & researcher)
Ewoud started his career at the University of Leiden as a scientific researcher. Later, the founders of CSI (Jur, Klaas Piet, Marcel and Johan) gave him the opportunity to become a SAP Security (R3, GRC, Idm, HANA, Fiori) specialist and IT Auditor (CISA).
Now, with more than 20 years’ experience in the fields of SAP Security and IT Audit at international companies and governmental organizations, Ewoud has become the dedicated professional and coach with the right mindset for governance, security and science.
In the summer of 2022, he joined the 2ARC Team.
Klaas Piet Meindertsma CISA 
(founder of 2ARC and managing director, until January 2021)
Klaas Piet Meindertsma is the founder of 2ARC. He passed away January the 7th, 2021.
Klaas Piet was one of the successor of CSI; a global SAP GRC Consultancy organisation. Later he founded the CSI Meindertsma company and renamed this to 2ARC.
He studied Business Administration, Information Management and Accountancy at the University of Groningen and the University of Amsterdam. He was specialized in SAP security and topics on the intersection IT and Finance (cost savings). Until end of 2020 he conducted research in the field of cyber security and related areas. Was president of ISACA Netherlands, until 2013. ISACA is the global organization for IT security, control and governance.
